Work Item Preview Pane

The Work Item Preview pane displays the contents of the selected work item.

From the this pane you can:

• View work item details
• View and add notes
• View document attachments and communications
• View work item history
• View items linked to the selected work item
• View items related to the selected work item

Buttons and Fields

Item	Description
	The star to the left of the work item name indicates if it has been added to your Watch List. = work item is added to the list. = work item is not added to the list.
	Copies the work item number to the Windows Clipboard. Press CTRL + V to paste the work item number into another application.
	Opens the work item in XTRAC Work Manager.
	Opens your email program and attaches the URL to the work item's preview page so it can be shared with other users.
	Indicates current work item jeopardy status.
	Moves to the Notes section of the pane. The number next to the icon indicates how many notes are associated with the work item.
	Moves to the Attachments section of the preview pane. The number next to the icon indicates how many attachments are associated with the work item.
	Moves to the History section of the pane.
	Moves to the Linked Items section of the pane.
	Moves to the Related Items section of the pane.
