Transfer Work Items

You can transfer work items to other queues if you have the appropriate privileges and if the node allows it.

To transfer work items:

1.

From your work list, select the items you want to transfer.

Use the CTRL+click or SHIFT+click method to select multiple work items.

You cannot transfer work items you don't have work access to or parent work items waiting to rendezvous with their children.

Click to open the Transfer fields.

3.

From the Select Queue to Transfer to drop-down list, select a queue.

4.

(Optional) In the Memo field, enter a memo about this transfer.

5.

Click Transfer.

XTRAC transfers the work items to the selected transfer queue.
