Changing Your Password

In accordance with Fidelity’s security standards, passwords expire after 180 days.

You should create a strong password. Keep the following in mind when creating a new password:

To change your password:

1.   Open the Change Password window. Do one of the following:
2.   Enter your old (current) password.
3.   Enter a new password.
4.   Confirm the new password.
5.   Click Change Password.

XTRAC validates and changes the new password. If the request fails, for example, the New Password and Confirm New Password fields do not match, XTRAC displays an error message in the notification bar.
