Reset Working Node

Use this dialog to change the node where you work. Ensure that all open work items are closed before you reset the current working node. Resetting your working node has an effect on the list of work items that appear under Recent Items and Recent Item Types & Subtypes under Create Work Item.

Tasks

To reset the working node:
  1. Close all open windows.
  2. On the New Node drop-down list, select another node.
  3. Click Reset Working Node.
  4. XTRAC resets the current working node to the selected node.
  1. Click Close.

The new node remains set as your current working node until you change it again during the session. When you log out of XTRAC, the working node is reset to your default working node the next time you log in

Fields

Current Node: The node at which you are currently working.

New Node: A drop-down list of the nodes to which you have work access. Use the list to select a new node. The node you select here remains in effect until you log out of XTRAC or change it again. The next time you log in, XTRAC resets the node to the default working node set in your entitlement set.

Reset Working Node: Reset your current working node to the node you selected in the New Node drop-down list. The next time you log in, XTRAC resets the node to the default working node set in your entitlement set.

Button Description

After the new node has been selected and the Reset Working Node has been clicked, the Cancel button changes to Close. The Close button closes the dialog.

Discards changes or selections you have made and closes the window.
