Registering as a Member of the XTRAC Community (Unregistered Users)

IMPORTANT: The XTRAC Community does not use the XTRAC single sign-on feature. Registering to use the XTRAC Community requires separate login credentials including a valid email address and password.

1. Open the Register form.
   • In the documentation viewer’s left pane, click the Community tab () and then click the Register link ().
   • In the XTRAC Community section at the bottom of any topic, click the Register link ().
2. In the right pane, complete the Register form.
   1. In the Email Address field, enter your valid email address.
      
      IMPORTANT: If you are a Fidelity employee, use your company provided email address.
   2. In the Password and Confirm Password fields, enter a password that has at least 7 characters.
      
      IMPORTANT: If you are a Fidelity employee, DON’T use the same password you use to for you Fidelity employee account.
   3. Click the Register button.
   4. In the Password and Confirm Password fields, enter a password that has at least 7 characters.
3. In the email account that you used to register:
   1. Open the email from Support (support@ahoy.com) with the subject of “Pulse User Profile Activation”.

   Note: If you do not see the email, check your junk mail folder.

   2. Click the Complete Registration link.
   3. When the Register - Activation Success screen appears, click the Close Window link.
