Resetting your XTRAC Community Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the Pulse Account Login window. After you have registered, you may log in to the XTRAC Community in the following ways:

1.

Open the Pulse Account Login form using one of the following methods. |
- In the documentation viewer’s left pane, click the Community tab (
), click the Login link (
).
- In the XTRAC Community section at the bottom of any topic, then click the Login link (
).
- If the Madcap Pulse Welcome window opens with the “
We don’t remember seeing you before. What kind of login do you use?
” message appears, click the Pulse Account Login link.
- The Pulse Account Login form opens.

Click the Forgot your password link. The Forgot your Password form appears in the right pane. |

In the Email Address field, enter the email address you used to register for the XTRAC Community. |

Click the Send Instruction button. The Email Sent window appears with the message “A reset password email has been sent. ” |

In your email application: |
- Open the email from Support (support@ahoy.com) with the subject of “Reset your password”.Note: If you do not see the email, check your junk mail folder.
- Click the Reset your password link. The Reset your Password form opens in your browser.

In the Reset your Password form: |
- In the New Password field, enter a new password that has at least 7 characters.
- In the Confirm Password field, reenter the new password.
- Click the Reset Password button. The password is reset.
- Close the browser web page.
