Top 10 Active Queues Widget

The widget displays:

• A graph summary of the top 10 queues that contain the most work items for the default queue group associated to the user ID that is logged in.
• A legend with colors and queue names which identifies which queues are included in the chart. If you click on any of the items in the legend, that slice of the graph is highlighted and a tooltip provides additional information about that slice.

If there are more than 10 queues in the queue group, the remaining queues are grouped into an 11th group labeled Other.

When you move the cursor over a colored segment of the donut chart, a tooltip opens that displays the queue name, the number of items in the queue in parentheses, and the percentage of the items in the queue group.

If you hover the cursor over the title bar, the queue group name is displayed in a tool tip.

If the operator profile is not associated to a queue group, a message in red is displayed. The user account must be associated to a queue group for this widget to display usable content.
